At Grevmont, we are committed to delivering reliable timepieces designed for precision, durability and everyday performance. To ensure customer satisfaction, all Grevmont watches include a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Warranty Coverage Our warranty covers defects related to materials or manufacturing, including:

✅ Manufacturing or material defects ✅ Malfunctions in the watch mechanism not caused by misuse ✅ Functional issues affecting the normal use of the product ✅ Defective clasps, pins or buckles on straps when not caused by misuse

If a defect is confirmed, Grevmont will provide a replacement product at no additional cost.

What Is Not Covered The warranty does not cover:

❌ Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops or modifications ❌ Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use ❌ Damage caused by excessive exposure to water, heat or chemicals ❌ Damage caused by improper handling or unauthorised repairs

How to Request Warranty Support To request warranty assistance, contact our support team and include the following:

Refund & Return Policy If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions. Returned items must be in new and unused condition, returned with original packaging and accessories, and free from scratches, stains or signs of use.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
